Recruitment for the IMMEDIATE Proof-of-Concept Study Successfully Completed
The IMMEDIATE project has achieved a big milestone in our mission to explore the Gut-Brain-Microbiota Axis and the role of chronic inflammation in the health-to-disease transition.
Led by the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin (Poland), the proof-of-concept (PoC) study focused on assessing the effectiveness of the novel postbiotic pasteurised Akkermansia muciniphila MucT (PAM). Over 200 healthcare professionals working in high-stress environments were recruited, all before the planned deadline.
In our new video, the partners explain more about the whole process and what the next steps are.
